Without getting into TMI territory, I paid a visit to Nordstrom’s lingerie department yesterday afternoon. Every woman in America knows exactly what I’m talking about when I say that it was bra shopping time. Eight in ten women don’t wear the correct size, and Nordstrom has expert fitters. They also have a huge selection, so the chances were good that I was going to find something that would work.
Since I have never appeared on “Girls Gone Wild” (I missed that whole debauchery thing,) it’s weird to have another woman adjusting the girls. Truly, the fitter that was working with me was actually very professional, and did a great job. At the same time, I’m a bit unused to this. I was describing the experience to The Dauphin later, who promptly said, “How can I get that job?” Of course, being the smart man he is, he also insisted that I would be the only woman he’d be fitting. Bless his heart.
Software project manager to bra fitter? Only in America.
In the meantime, if you need a new bra and would like to get one that actually fits, feel free to either visit the Nordstrom near you, or go to www.nordstrom.com for some expert tips.

Thank God they have come out with underwire free, tagless, and comfortable fabric bras!

Nordstrom rocks when it comes to bras, and they’re worth every penny.
But ever since they discontinued my favorite Natori line, I’m back to Vanity Fair cheapos.
